"The project of this Tomb refers to the words of liturgy: "With His death Christ inflicted death to the death". The monstrance with the Holy Sacrament is separated from the worshippers with a rectangular black pane which symbolizes death. In the crypt there is semidarkness and the monstrance is illuminated by the strong light so that is perfectly visible, in spite of the curtain. Viewers can see the reflections of themselves and at the same time of the Church's community "emerged in the death of Christ". The reflection also reminds us that the experience of death concerns everyone. In the further perspective we can see the black pane smashed on the floor, symbolizing death overcome by Christ. Above we can see delicate red material which refers to the banner of the Re4surrection of Jesus Christ - the Conqueror of death" (Text by Łukasz Murzyn who designed this Tomb).
